Okay - it's been a while since I've written anything so I thought I'd give a quick update. I'm on week 4 of Body for Life and doing well. I can tell my body is changing and I really do love to workout. Last time I did Body for Life I didn't miss a day, but this time around I have missed about 3 or 4 days in the 4 weeks I've been doing it. I usually make up for it somehow... I'm not sure if I should be doubling up with weights but if I miss upper body I just do upper and lower the next time. Does anyone know if that's okay?
Anyway - with the warmer weather coming around I'm looking forward to walks, soccer, football and basketball in the backyard, gardening, etc. One thing I have been enjoying with the kids is putting an exercise DVD in and doing it with the kids. I even have Elmocize and Kid Taebo. The kids do it with me but don't last the whole way through. We have a blast doing it together and I even video record it sometimes and will have to post one of the videos on here...
Oh, and I've been recording 'Total Body Workout' off of one of the BYU-PBS type channels. Hey, free workouts! There is also a Pilates workout that I've been recording and I haven't gotten to those yet. I love a variety! One of the Pilates workouts is "Strengthening the Spine". I'm looking forward to that one!
